Data-plane reachability probe.

GET
/dataplane
Code sample: Shell / cURL
curl --request GET \
--url https://stratum.example.com/dataplane

Verifies the substrate L2/L3 path on the local node is intact specifically that the OVS bridges (br-int, br-ex) are admin-up and OVSDB itself is reachable. Distinct from /readyz, which only probes managed-dependency connectivity (postgres, openbao, OVN central).

Operators use this to tell “controlplane fine, VMs isolated” apart from “controlplane starving for postgres” — both used to look identical on /healthz.

Returns 200 with status=“ok” when every registered data-plane probe passed; 503 with status=“degraded” + per-probe detail when any one fails. Same response shape as /readyz so existing ingesters (alertmanager / Grafana ALERT widgets) reuse the same parser.

Data-plane intact

Data-plane reachability response. status=“ok” when every registered probe (OVS bridges admin-up, OVSDB reachable) passed; “degraded” when any failed. components map mirrors Readiness so existing ingesters reuse the same parser.

Data-plane degraded — same body shape, returned with the problem content-type.
