Verify a TOTP code and activate MFA..

POST
/v1/iam/users/{userId}/mfa/totp/verify
Code sample: Shell / cURL
curl --request POST \
--url https://stratum.example.com/v1/iam/users/example/mfa/totp/verify \
--header 'Authorization: Bearer <token>' \
--header 'Content-Type: application/json' \
--data '{ "code": "example" }'

Validates the supplied code against the enrolled secret. On the first success MFA is activated and a set of one-time recovery codes is returned — these are shown ONCE and never recoverable. Verifying an already-active enrollment succeeds with an empty recovery-code list. Self-action: iam:ActivateMFA; admin: iam:ActivateMFAAdmin.
