stratumctl meta-fip-pools delete

stratumctl meta-fip-pools delete <pool-id> [flags]Delete a FIP meta-pool.
Refused with 409 POOL_IN_USE while any project carve-out still points at it those carves are live tenant address space, and dropping the supernet under them would strand every floating IP allocated from it.
Exists for the stray pool a joiner could seed under a placeholder region, which no route could remove.
