stratumctl vpcs create

--cidr-block string CIDR block (/16-/28 RFC1918); omitted = the next free /16 of 10.0.0.0/8 in the project
--description string Free-form description
--display-name string Human-friendly display name
--internet-gateway bool false Internet Gateway at create time; without the flag the API’s default applies (on), –internet-gateway=false creates the VPC without one
--project string Project ID (defaults to STRATUM_PROJECT or profile project_id)
--region string Region override

stratumctl vpcs create-default
